This is my addition to www.inspiremethursday.com challenge for this week. I immediately thought of this photo as I read the following poem by Rumi.
Out beyond ideas
of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field.
I’ll meet you there.
When the soul lies down
in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language
- even the phrase “each other” -
do not make any sense.
This poem really is speaking to my soul today. I am in a bit of a low mood and this fits me right now. It wraps around me and soothes my soul. If only I could go and lie down in the grass. I know that it would be good therapy for me today.

great photo. i love the sky colour.
that field looks sooo inviting. i am in one of those moods, too, and would love to be able to escape into the depths of a field just like that one.
